All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Since our products are printed on demand, each item is made specifically for you after the order is placed.

Processing Time: 2–5 business days

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Within India

We currently offer FREE Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 2–5 Business Days

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 Business Days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–12 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.


3. International Shipping

Currently, international shipping availability may vary by destination.

International shipping charges and delivery timelines will be calculated and displayed at checkout if shipping is available to your country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.


5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The order may be returned by the courier

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment

Bold Theory is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect customer information.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept the package, the courier may return the shipment to us.

Additional charges may apply if re-shipping is requested.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

We will investigate the matter and work toward a suitable resolution.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where delivery services are unavailable.
